You name it, he will deliver it - And provide instant feedback and instruction. He is patient, but persistent - pushing you to improve beyond your comfort zone. Every session has a very clear and focused learning objective. Derek breaks down the technique, when and where to use it, the strategy behind it, how to respond in different situations, and even the common mistakes to watch out for. Everything is explained clearly and demonstrated in a very engaging way.

The drilling aferwards is great——He goes through the drills one by one, analyzing and giving feedback almost like a clinic, so you really understand not just how to do something, but why and when to use it.
